Have you any ideas, how to decorate garden, that it wouldn't be to crowded with too many things.

have you considered a mosaic-style courtyard? (can be made with anything, tiles , crockery, shells, stones) or pavers with mini-herbs such as chamomile or mint, or thyme planted in gaps between,
surrounded by plants INTERSPERSED with the ornamental things HALF HIDDEN gives lots of interest
RAISED beds/walls where one can sit on edge by plants
A trellis with climbing roses, honeysuckle, sweet pea is a useful way to add HEIGHT, and give privacy/shade.
ALSO NICE to hang lights, and other things from
all will give you a private oasis with space to entertain
